My hack is to clip it to my shirt, but I still worry about hitting or pulling the cords when wiping and pulling my pants back on.

If you're moving around and the gel pads are close to replacement time, the edges of the Love Handles can sometimes partially disconnect from your body. This stops the vibrations completely so you need to just smooth them over your body again and they will kick back in. This likely isn't a problem if you're stationary but if you are running around you may not necessarily notice right away.

The standard cord that comes with it can feel a bit short when you have it on your back; however you can easily purchase a double-length cord straight from the website for $14--problem solved!
